MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

FOR NEW MEMBERS

BOGA has three membership class:

1. UK junior individual membership (for members under 16 years old) - Free *

2. UK individual / Joint / Family membership - £15 / year

3. Overseas individual / Joint / Family membership - £25 / year

* The application form should be completed by a parent or guardian using the parent/guardian's contact details.

The junior member's name should be stated in the "Lapel Badge Details" box

The BOGA membership year runs from January 1st to December 31st.

Renewal forms are included with the Winter newsletter posted out in December.

New members joining on or after 1st October will receive membership up to the end of December the following year

Membership badges are issued on joining for each member.

Annual membership cards are issued showing the names of all applicable members.

For each class of membership a single copy of the quarterly magazine, Organ Grinders' News, is sent to the registered address
